This website is managed by the Board of the Regency Heights II Condominium Association. From here, you can download minutes of Board meetings, the Annual General Meeting, the bylaws, unit change forms, and so on.
The complex is managed by Ayre & Oxford Inc., a leading property management company in Alberta. Please contact them for any maintenance requirements or questions you may have regarding your unit.
OPERATIONS
The Board coordinates the use of common property (parking, etc.) and contracted clean-up activities (grass cutting, snow removal, spring and fall clean-ups).
MAINTENANCE
The Board reviews all service requests submitted to Ayre & Oxford. Board does an annual walkabout and reviews all maintenance requests. Ensures that all contracted services are done properly.
FINANCIAL
Using the Reserve Fund Study as a base, the Board ensures that the finances of the Association are used effectively both for operational and long-term needs.
